Senior Manager Product Portfolio Management

Product portfolio management and bilingual leadership define this Senior Manager position at CBC/Radio-Canada, offered through a hybrid telework model.Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Solutions, you will support business partners across Human Resources, Legal Services, and Service Center Solutions. The six-month renewable temporary assignment involves product management, project management, personnel management, and stakeholder relationships. You will guide product evolution strategies while aligning technology decisions with business needs and CBC/Radio-Canada’s strategy.Key Responsibilities:
Develop product evolution strategies aligned with business domain visionsManage client relationships and participate in governance committee meetingsOversee analysts and coordinate daily team activitiesMonitor service levels, data security, integrity, and complianceManage contracts and relationships with external service providersRequirements:
Experience in product management and project managementExperience in personnel management and leadershipSound judgment and strong analytical skillsAdvanced English and French reading and speaking skillsIntermediate English and French writing skillsApply product management, strategic planning, and bilingual leadership across CBC/Radio-Canada’s Corporate Solutions portfolios.
