Staff 360 is now recruiting experienced harvest staff for broadacre farming operations across Western Australia.
We are seeking applicants with previous broadacre cropping, machinery or general farm experience for harvest roles commencing from October 2026.

We are seeking applicants with previous broadacre cropping, machinery or general farm experience for harvest roles commencing from October 2026.

- Mingenew
- Morawa
- Merredin
- Albany
- Esperance
- Jerramungup
- Other Wheatbelt locations
- Combine Harvester Operators
- Chaser Bin Operators
- Tractor Drivers
- Spray Operators
- Experienced Farm Hands
Successful candidates will have experience operating modern broadacre cropping machinery and agricultural technology, including:
- John Deere S7, X9 and late-model S-Series harvesters
- Case IH Axial-Flow 8250, 9250 and 7150 series harvesters
- John Deere 8R, 9R and 9RX tractors
- Case IH Steiger and Magnum tractors
- Chaser bins and grain handling equipment
- Self-propelled boom sprayers including John Deere and Case IH Patriot units
- GPS guidance, auto-steer and section control systems
- JDLink, Operations Center and other precision agriculture platforms
- Yield mapping and harvest monitoring technology
- Harvesting wheat, barley, canola and lupins
- Operating combines and supporting harvest logistics
- Chaser bin and grain cart operations
- Machinery servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Spraying, seeding and general broadacre farming activities
- Workshop and property maintenance
- Working as part of a professional harvest team during peak seasonal periods
- Previous broadacre cropping, harvest or mixed-farming experience
- Ability to safely operate large-scale agricultural machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and basic servicing skills
- Understanding of GPS-guided farming systems
- Ability to work extended hours during harvest
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Current driver's licence
