As a Benefits Analyst Sr with Insight, you will evaluate and administer benefit programs including health and welfare plans. This position is responsible for the development of operating procedures for processing and controlling benefit programs, managing and administering the benefits system, and maintaining data and preparing reports on benefit usage and cost. Incumbents interpret and explain benefits to teammates, serve as Tier 2 point of contact for the HR Service Center.

As a Benefits Analyst Sr, you will get to:
- Conduct new hire orientation and presents benefits overview.
- Communicates plan benefits and changes effectively, serves as the primary point of contact for day to day teammate inquiries related to benefits, and assists in determining validity of claims.
- Acts as the liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve eligibility and claim issues, which requires high level knowledge of our benefit plans.
- Responds and resolve benefits issues escalated by the HR Service Center.

We are looking for a Benefits Analyst Sr with:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Benefits Administrator
- This role requires an individual with a high level of professional maturity, integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a courteous manner.

L’analyste principal·e en avantages sociaux évalue et administre les programmes d’avantages sociaux, notamment les régimes de santé et de bien-être. Il ou elle chapeaute l’élaboration des procédures opérationnelles pour le traitement et le contrôle des programmes d’avantages sociaux, la gestion et l’administration du système d’avantages sociaux, ainsi que le maintien des données et la préparation des rapports sur l’utilisation et les coûts des avantages sociaux. La personne titulaire du poste interprète et explique les avantages sociaux aux coéquipiers/coéquipières et agit comme point de contact de niveau 2 pour le Centre de services RH.
Ce que vous ferez chez Insight
- Animer l’orientation des recrues et présenter un aperçu des avantages sociaux.
- Communiquer efficacement les avantages des régimes et les changements, servir comme point de contact principal pour les demandes des coéquipiers/coéquipières concernant les avantages sociaux; aider à déterminer la validité des réclamations.
- Agir comme interlocuteur ou interlocutrice entre les coéquipiers/coéquipières et les assureurs pour résoudre les problèmes d’admissibilité et de réclamations, ce qui exige une connaissance approfondie de nos régimes d’avantages sociaux.
- Répondre aux problèmes d’avantages sociaux escaladés par le Centre de services RH et les résoudre.
- Fournir des réponses précises et rapides à toutes les demandes de renseignements internes et externes concernant les avantages sociaux envoyées dans la boîte de réception des avantages sociaux.
- Vérifier l’inscription des recrues et les changements de statut admissible. Approuver les dossiers d’avantages sociaux.
- Participer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de l’inscription ouverte annuelle aux avantages sociaux.
- Assurer que les retenues salariales commencent en temps opportun et que les dossiers sont rapprochés régulièrement.
- Rapprocher et traiter les relevés mensuels de facturation des avantages sociaux.
- Coordonner l’affichage des documents de régime sommaire et des informations sur les avantages sociaux sur l’intranet de l’entreprise.
- Gérer l’administration, la coordination et la communication du programme de REER.
- Gérer les congés, les réclamations d’assurance invalidité et l’administration des avantages sociaux des réclamations en vertu de la Loi sur les accidents du travail.
- Administrer les changements de statut admissible.
- Traiter les réclamations d’assurance décès et d’assurance vie.
- Traiter les demandes de remboursement de frais de scolarité.
- Effectuer des vérifications régulières pour respecter les exigences de conformité.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances actuelles en matière d’avantages sociaux et des enjeux réglementaires.
- Réaliser des projets ponctuels et d’autres tâches, selon les besoins.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous joindre à Insight
- Baccalauréat d’un programme collégial ou universitaire de quatre ans; ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.
- 5 ans ou plus d’expérience en administration des avantages sociaux
- Ce rôle exige une personne ayant un haut niveau de maturité professionnelle, d’intégrité et de discrétion dans la manipulation d’informations confidentielles.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en service à la clientèle, ainsi que la capacité à travailler efficacement avec un large éventail de personnes de manière courtoise.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement qui change rapidement, à respecter les délais, à exécuter et à résoudre les problèmes.
- Haut niveau d’attention aux détails et grande précision. Excellentes compétences techniques, notamment la maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prioriser le travail afin de respecter les délais.
- Capacité à réagir avec l’urgence appropriée aux situations qui demandent une réponse ou une exécution rapide.
- Capacité à s’adapter dans un environnement de travail dynamique, à apprendre rapidement, à résoudre les problèmes et à prendre les décisions appropriées.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer les priorités concurrentes.
- Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais (verbal et écrit) fortement souhaité.
