AI Marketing Customer Success Manager

Make a significant impact at SOCi as an AI Marketing Customer Success Manager. Focus on ensuring client success and satisfaction through expert support and strategic insights. This remote role, transitioning to hybrid, is critical for managing complex client portfolios, driving product adoption, and enhancing user experiences. You will cultivate relationships, deliver training, and collaborate with teams to meet customer goals effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients' stakeholders
Lead communication for all strategic client needs
Schedule regular check-ins for client satisfaction
Facilitate training sessions for product knowledge
Identify growth opportunities within client accounts

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in customer success or account management
Strong empathy and a client-centric approach
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced in Customer Success software tools
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
