- Lead GTM capacity planning and quota-setting
- Develop quota-setting methodologies and frameworks
- Design compensation plans linked to company goals
- Manage territory design and account segmentation
- Optimize compensation administration and communication
- 8+ years experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven strategic advisor to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise
