Systemes Sous-sol Quebec est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Représentant(e) aux ventes internes B2C expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à son équipe à Laval.
Basement Systems Québec offre des solutions sur mesure pour les sous-sols, les greniers et les vides sanitaires.
Ce que nous offrons au / à la Représentant(e) aux ventes internes :
Salaire à 22 $/heure + commissions. Rémunération basée sur la performance
(les commissions sont estimées à environ 10 000 $ par année)
Poste permanent à temps plein. Aucun soir ni fin de semaine
Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 17 h

Responsabilités du / de la Représentant(e) aux ventes internes :
Appeler des clients existants ayant besoin de nos produits et services et conclure les ventes
Planifier des rendez-vous pour nos spécialistes
Effectuer des suivis afin d’assurer la compréhension et la résolution des demandes
Mettre à jour les dossiers clients et les informations de compte
Surveiller en continu l’agenda afin d’optimiser la planification des rendez-vous
Contribuer au travail d’équipe en accomplissant diverses tâches connexes
Traiter les textos, classer, archiver, copier, imprimer, afficher, organiser, etc.
Conditions pour le poste de Représentant(e) aux ventes internes :
Aimer conseiller, aider et communiquer avec les gens par téléphone
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en vente et excellente étiquette téléphonique (antécédents de succès requis)
Parfaitement bilingue (français / anglais)
Discipliné(e) et motivé(e)
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément (multitâche)
Excellentes aptitudes d’écoute
Capacité à effectuer des suivis rigoureux
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques

What we can offer to Inside Sales Representative: :
Salary 22$ per hour plus commission. Compensation is performance-based. Commissions are estimated at nearly 10,000 per year.
Permanent, FULL TIME, No weekend and No evenings
Working hours Monday to Friday 8 AM till 5 PM

The responsibility of an Inside Sales Representative:
Calling existing customers that are in need of our products and services and close the sale
Schedule appointments with our specialists
Make follow up calls ensure resolution and understanding
Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
Continuously monitor the calendar and ensure appointment scheduling is optimized
Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
Process texts, archive, copy, print, post, organize, etc.
Conditions of application for Inside Sales Representative:
You must love to consult, help and talk to people over the phone
2 years of sales experience and good phone etiquette - good track record!
Fully bilingual
Disciplined and motivated
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time (multitasking)
Good listening skills
Ability to actively follow up
Proficiency in computer skills
