Kanari management est actuellement à la recherche de superviseurs de construction et d’assistants superviseurs pour des projets industriels sur des sites miniers dans l’Ouest canadien. Nous recherchons des professionnels de terrain capables d’assurer la coordination efficace des travaux de construction dans un environnement industriel exigeant et dynamique.
Postes à pourvoir : trois (3) superviseurs de chantier et deux (2) assistants superviseurs.
Superviser les travaux des sous-traitants sur le chantier.
Assurer le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des exigences de qualité et de santé-sécurité.
Veiller à ce que les équipes disposent de toute l’information technique nécessaire à la bonne exécution des travaux.
Effectuer le suivi des questions techniques et des réponses associées.
Assurer le suivi de la planification à court et long terme.
Participer activement à la coordination quotidienne des travaux et à la résolution des enjeux terrain.
Collaborer avec les différentes disciplines afin de maintenir l’avancement des travaux selon les objectifs du projet.
Expérience en chantier industriel dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : mécanique; électricité; tuyauterie; instrumentation.
Expérience en supervision de travaux industriels.
Bonne capacité de coordination et de communication.
Leadership, autonomie et rigueur.
Poste principalement anglophone. Le bilinguisme constitue un atout.

WESTERN CANADA – SIX-MONTH MANDATE – STARTING JUNE OR JULY 2026 – ENGLISH REQUIRED
Kanari management is currently seeking Construction Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors for industrial projects on mining sites in Western Canada.
We are looking for hands-on field professionals capable of efficiently coordinating construction activities in a demanding industrial environment.
Positions available: Three (3) Construction Supervisors & Two (2) Assistant Supervisors.
Supervise subcontractor activities on site.
Ensure schedules, budgets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are respected.
Ensure all subcontractors have the technical information required to properly execute the work.
Follow up on technical questions and related responses.
Monitor short-term and long-term planning activities.
Participate actively in daily work coordination and field issue resolution.
Collaborate with multiple disciplines to maintain project progress and objectives.
Experience in industrial construction in one or more of the following disciplines: mechanical, electrical, piping, instrumentation.
Experience supervising industrial work crews.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Leadership, autonomy, and rigor.
Position mainly conducted in English.
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
