Remote VP of Finance: Growth & Integration Leader
Headway Search Group
Headway Group is seeking a Vice President of Finance for a growing Canadian health services platform operating remotely with an Eastern time zone. The role will build a scalable finance function, integrate acquired entities, and advise the CEO on investments in people, systems, and processes to drive growth.
The successful candidate will lead a lean finance team, develop reporting and governance, and partner with leadership to enable profitability and cash generation across multiple entities.
