Join The Crossing Company's Light Rig Division to lead experienced crews in executing safe and efficient horizontal directional drilling projects. Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating HDD rigs, knowledge of Vermeer is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to optimize crew performance and achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train the HDD drilling crew.
• Oversee safe and efficient rig operations.
• Monitor drilling metrics for performance.
• Own safety protocols and emergency response.
• Ensure high crew performance and rig outcomes.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in HDD rig operations.
• Proven team leadership and crew management.
• Commitment to safety standards.
• Class 1 driver's license required.
• Valid safety certifications: H2S Alive, First Aid.
