Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Position

Join Insight Global as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, starting part-time with the potential for full-time hours. Engage in configuring HR modules and supporting payroll processes. This 12-month contract role requires 7–9 years of relevant experience. You'll work on Core HR and other Oracle HCM modules, focusing on configuration, support, and system improvements. Close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams ensures comprehensive system enhancement. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support various Oracle HCM modules
- Perform requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
- Test and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Enhance payroll processes and integrations effectively
- Work closely with HR and Payroll teams
- 7–9 years of Oracle HCM experience required
- Hands-on expertise with Core HR and additional modules
- Robust experience in fit-gap analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and support background
- Extensive understanding of HR processes
