Shape resilience, controls, and regulatory readiness.This Vice President leads the Global ORM function and supports the Head of Technology, Operational and AI Risk. The role oversees enterprise operational risk across Manulife, including frameworks, risk appetite, assessments, incidents, scenarios, indicators, reporting, and supporting technology. It also guides resilience and crisis risk teams globally.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Global ORM function across ManulifeImplement the enterprise-level operational risk management programOversee frameworks, policies, standards, and risk appetiteLead assessments, incident data, scenarios, indicators, and reportingEngage regulators, committees, and global functional groupsRequirements:
At least 12-15 years in resiliency, crisis management, and ORMLarge-enterprise operations and business experienceGlobal transformation and execution experienceKnowledge of Canadian and United States regulatory environmentsStrong communication, influence, analysis, and leadership skillsBring global operational risk leadership, transformation experience, and regulatory expertise to Manulife’s enterprise ORM program.
