Vice President Operational Risk Management

Lead enterprise operational risk management at Manulife through global transformation, resilience expertise, and hybrid executive leadership. Shape programs with company-wide impact.This Vice President role leads Manulife’s Global ORM function and supports the Head of Technology, Operational and AI Risk. You will implement the enterprise ORM program, align it with regulatory expectations, and integrate operational risk with overall operations. The position requires business resiliency, crisis management, operational risk, and information risk expertise.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Global ORM function across the CompanyImplement and evolve the enterprise-level ORM programOversee risk appetite, assessments, incidents, scenarios, and reportingSupport the Operational Risk Committee and regulatory discussionsDrive global operational risk transformation and strategic initiativesRequirements:
Minimum 12–15 years in resiliency, crisis management, and ORMLarge-enterprise operations experience on a global scaleSuccessful multinational business-model transformation and execution recordKnowledge of Canadian and United States regulatory environmentsStrong communication, influence, analysis, and critical-thinking skillsBring strategic operational risk leadership, regulatory knowledge, and transformation experience to Manulife’s global ORM program.
