Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:

Project management of Free Community Volunteer Income Tax Clinics (Dec-May)

• Coordinating volunteer schedules
• Planning, outreaching, training and onboarding volunteers for tax clinics
• Implementing income tax clinics
• Client assessments
• Produce final report

Transportation Program Support

• Supporting dispatch and transportation program
• Answering phones, client inquiries

Office Administration Support

• Some clerical duties (file organizing, administration)

Qualifications: - Experience managing projects and working with community members- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work independently- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Skills:- Educate: Provide information and education to individuals about how to file basic taxes- Outreach: Promote services or programs to the community through various marketing strategies.- Volunteer coordination: Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to volunteers- Data Collection: Collect and maintain accurate records of client information, tax filings, progress reports, or other relevant data.- Leadership: Take initiative in decision-making, problem-solving, and coordinating activities- Administrative: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining files, or preparing reports.- Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects or initiatives r

Salary: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
