Senior Software Engineer in Toronto
Clutch Security
Contribute to Clutch as a Senior Software Engineer and enhance the online car-buying journey. Work with TypeScript, ReactJS, and Docker in a energetic, collaborative environment. Clutch seeks a seasoned Software Engineer to help design, implement, and support their technology platform. This role requires a mix of backend and frontend skills, as well as collaboration with various stakeholders to innovate and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and maintain high-quality, testable code
- Design scalable software architectures that adhere to security standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to highlight and fulfill technical requirements
- Lead full project lifecycle, from planning to maintenance
- Ensure consistent application performance through optimization
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in software development with strong programming skills
- Familiarity with Frontend/Backend frameworks, especially React and Express
- Experience in working within Agile methodologies
- Proficient in SQL and database management
