Outside Sales Representative (Commercial HVAC Services)

OpTalent is partnering with a leading Canadian HVAC and mechanical services company to recruit an Outside Sales Representative for the Moncton region.

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on growing a territory through new business development and long-term account management. You'll work with commercial and industrial customers, helping them improve the performance and reliability of their facilities through preventative maintenance and HVAC service solutions.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts throughout the Moncton region.
  


• Build long-term relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners.
  


• Identify customer needs and recommend preventative maintenance agreements and HVAC service solutions.
  


• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  


• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
  


• Partner with internal service and operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  

What We're Looking For

• B2B outside sales experience with a consultative sales approach.
  


• Experience selling commercial services, HVAC, mechanical, industrial, construction, facilities, or other technical solutions.
  


• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
  


• Experience managing a sales territory and CRM.
  


• Valid driver's licence.
  

Nice to Have

• Commercial HVAC or mechanical industry experience.
  


• Experience selling preventative maintenance or recurring service agreements.
  


• Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
