From $106,400.00to $133,000.00

Job Summary:
Conduct data analytics and program evaluation for the WSIB business areas to support decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous improvement. This role includes developing logic models and measurement frameworks, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, preparing reports, and providing advice to management, including senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead divisional program evaluation projects from planning through reporting.
- Develop evaluation plans, research questions, logic models, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
- Develop and test evaluation tools, including surveys and interview guides.
- Summarize findings and present reports and recommendations to management, including senior management.
- Act as the lead contact for divisional data requests, including clarifying, triaging, and coordinating requests.
- Work with the Advanced Analytics Branch and CBIA to deliver data and reporting solutions.
- Build queries or programs to extract and compile data, and prepare divisional performance reports.
- Liaise with Senior Planners and Workforce Management to identify issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support annual business planning by recommending program evaluation priorities.

Job Requirements:

Education
Minimum Level Required
- Undergraduate university degree in program evaluation, statistics, social sciences, health sciences, business, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, tools, and approaches.

Preferred Level
- Graduate university degree in program evaluation, statistics, social sciences, health sciences, business, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including SAS.

Experience
Minimum Level Required
- Over five years of experience in an analytics environment, including two years conducting evaluation work in a large organizational setting;
Or
- Three years of experience at the WSIB conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, demonstrating proficiency in the WSIB business areas processes and practices, and providing advice to senior management.

Preferred Level
- Three years of experience conducting evaluation work in a large organizational setting;
Or
- Five years of experience at the WSIB conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, demonstrating proficiency in the WSIB business areas processes and practices, and providing advice to senior management.
