Business Development Lead for Canada

Drive business growth in Canada with Alchemy as a Business Development Lead. Manage customer relationships and support your sales team to deliver excellence. In this pivotal role at Alchemy, you will lead growth initiatives focused on Canadian accounts while also engaging with global needs. You’ll provide training to the North American sales team and act as a subject matter expert on client requirements, helping uncover new opportunities for existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic relationships with key accounts for growth
- Ensure inventory management to optimize revenue
- Recruit and develop new accounts across Canada
