Your role will focus on optimizing marketing strategies through data architecture and AI automation. You will function as the technical backbone of the end investor growth squad, linking marketing workflows with advanced technology. Your impact will be measured by the effectiveness of systems you design, ensuring that data quality drives engagement and acquisition objectives. This role champions innovation at the intersection of finance and tech. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address gaps in audience tracking infrastructure
- Construct and maintain cohesive data pipelines
- Deploy AI workflows that boost key performance metrics
- Oversee reliable testing and experimentation setups
- Establish growth engineering as a vital team resource
- 5+ years in relevant engineering experience
- Demonstrated integration of marketing and data systems
- Strong command of data reporting and analysis
- Real-world experience with AI-driven solutions
- Insight into modern marketing technology frameworks
