- Review tax returns prepared by staff and seniors
- Oversee financial services tax engagements
- Research and draft memoranda on complex tax issues
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- CPA license or JD, Masters in Taxation mandatory
- 5+ years in public accounting tax department
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
