PART-TIME ADMIN CLERK - QC Department

Current Open Positions: 1

16-20 hours a week

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Review, prepare and scan Quality Documents, for example, reviewing Supplier Quality Documents


• Create Customer Dimensional Reports, Certificates of Compliance, and QC Test Reports


• Responsible for assisting in maintaining Quality records


• Support the development and upkeep of process workflow mapping


• Perform a variety of other administrative duties as needed to support the Quality Department

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Attention to detail (keen eye) when creating and reviewing reports


• Can stay organized in a fast-paced work environment


• Can work independently and in time-sensitive conditions


• Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint


• The ability to communicate effectively with employees within the organization


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Microsoft Visio and SharePoint knowledge


• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• 1-2 Years of administrative experience, preferably within a quality control or manufacturing environment

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to conditions in a manufacturing environment, including dirt, noise, fumes, heat, and outdoor weather conditions. The work environment primarily consists of computer workstations in a production setting. Noise levels are usually low. The employee may also be subject to the work conditions of a Mechanical Test laboratory or a manufacturing environment, where they may occasionally be exposed to chemicals and solvents.
