Altis Technology is seeking a legal administrative assistant in Toronto to support the Real Estate team. You will prep and proofread legal documents, coordinate calendars, and manage filing while balancing multiple priorities with precision.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year of legal admin experience, post-secondary education in Legal Administration, and strong skills in Teraview, Closing Folders, and MS Office. On-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.
