The Supervisor is responsible for supervising operators and laborers on specific projects and ensuring that the work is performed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Oversees the planning, preparation and execution of industrial Dredging and Dewatering projects on customer sites;
- Completes all required paperwork, including: job reports, billing, safety forms, driver logs, pre trips and other related items;
- Trains and mentors field employees;
- Works as part of a team with customers, co-workers and fellow supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid class 5 driver’s license;
- 1+ years of industry and supervisory experience;
- Ability to travel out of town as required for 1- 4 weeks;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
