Interim VP of Product at Orbital Software

Lead product strategy for Orbital Software as the interim VP of Product in Toronto, Canada. Oversee a team of PMs while managing the roadmap and interfacing with key stakeholders. Orbital Software is a Series B B2B SaaS company seeking an interim VP of Product during a crucial 6-month transition. The ideal candidate has a strong background in scaling SaaS products past $20M ARR while understanding contract negotiations and sales support. Your primary focus will be to align product development with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap during the transition
- Manage a team of 6 Product Managers
- Interface with the board and key stakeholders
- Align product strategy with sales and marketing
- Conduct quarterly presentations to the board
- 5+ years in a senior PM or VP role
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company with $10M+ ARR
- Proven team management and development capabilities
- Strong analytics using Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Pendo
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week
