Build Accounting Operations: Manager Role

Geely Auto is actively seeking a strategic Accounting Manager to forge its financial architecture in Canada. This hands-on leadership role involves designing and overseeing the complete accounting function, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will engage with multiple stakeholders and enhance the company’s growth through solid financial management. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the entire Canadian accounting function
- Lead the ERP/accounting system implementation
- Create and document accounting policies for internal controls
- Conduct essential accounting responsibilities at launch
- Own financial closing processes and reporting for all periods
- Must hold a CPA designation
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in management
- Demonstrated ability to build accounting functions from scratch
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian ASPE regulations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
