About the Role

As a Personal Trainer/Kinesiologist at Life Studio, you will play a key role in supporting clients through personalized training programs tailored to their unique physical and mental wellness goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing clients’ movement, physical function, and performance
Designing and implementing injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional training plans
Educating clients on safe movement, posture, and ergonomic practices
Collaborating with other health professionals for optimal client outcomes
Monitoring and documenting progress while providing encouragement and motivation
Working with a diverse client base, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, or mood-related challenges

Requirements:

Education: A degree in Kinesiology, Personal Trainer certification or a related field.
Strong time management skills to create effective programs for clients
CPR or First Aid
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and consistently
Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction
Ability to educate and guide clients about their goals and the process to get there
Team player and collaborates with the team whenever necessary
2+ Years of experience
