goeasy Ltd. Is seeking a Senior Channel Reporting Insights Analyst  to support our Channel Planning team. Your responsibilities will be to engage Channel leadership in the development and implementation of net new initiatives, and to provide analytics and insights and the performance of multiple channels.  This role is vital to the efficient operation of our retail businesses. As a result, it carries exposure to many senior executives and would be a great launch pad to leadership opportunities within goeasy.

What you will be doing?

• Gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting, including updating existing databases and creating new processes to manage data
• Analyze various datasets to identify anomalies and report on them
• Review, validate and reconcile the performance measurement data in an efficient and timely manner to identify and resolve any issues that may arise or escalate as required
• Develop, co-ordinate, track, and validate Business Unit, Divisional and Regional activity relating to all visitation that occurs through the year in the Stores & Branches
• Learn all operational aspects of different channels to allow for the implementation of how to operationalize items such as P&L reviews; reporting, etc.
• Manage the development and implementation of standard operating programs such as target setting, proactive goal setting for Incentive implementation, bonus, and other variable compensation programs
• Operate as the point person for current and future reporting needed for the channels. This would include gathering data; maintaining; determining frequency of reporting where necessary; determining when automation would serve the business to maintain efficiencies
• Ensure all Performance related metrics (variable compensation, performance scorecards etc.) are calculated and compiled correctly by ensuring that analytical reviews, reasonability checks and established processes are completed and followed in accordance with annual functional Policies, Guidelines, and Procedures. 
• Conduct thorough analysis on performance results, explain performance results, investigates discrepancies through to issue resolution.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries from channel employees on performance reports
• Develop and foster effective working relationships with other departments across goeasy
• Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting manager

 What experience do you have?

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, data tools, conditional formulas, index/match, VLOOKUP
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and react quickly
• Analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ability to manage multiple applications across more than one screen.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and VBA are considered a strong asset
• 1-2 years in a similar role (experience in a Sales/Collections environment is a strong asset)
• Post-secondary education or equivalent job experience
