GTM Enablement Manager at Procurify

Your systems-thinking approach will help eliminate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and foster effective collaborations. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement onboarding programs for GTM hires
Develop ongoing training supported by AI-driven feedback
Create and maintain essential playbooks and guides
Conduct coaching sessions using AI conversation-intelligence tools
Monitor performance metrics to drive engagement

Requirements:

3+ years in GTM enablement or related leadership roles
Expertise in sales, CX, and partnership strategies
Strong skills in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Excellent communication and cross-functional influence
Passion for AI and automation in business processes
