Joining our Atlantic Operations team, Schedulers are responsible for monitoring and actioning all employee and client schedules. Schedulers will be responsible to generate a call list and open shift list to fulfil the coverage requirements and communicate with the respective groups, clients, site leaderships in the Atlantic region.

1500-2300

2300-0700

Duties and Responsibilities

• One of the primary duties will be making outgoing calls to contact off duty employees actively to provide schedule for them
• Schedulers are responsible to record and keep a track of their statistics and ensure that all the casual employees are actively working.
• Maintain all the inactive employees and employees’ availabilities
• Schedulers must understand the full compliance requirement and priority coverages for each site

Qualifications

• Fluent in English to be able to give adequate, clear, and concise directions
• Confident and capable of remaining composed under pressure of emergency situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work under team setting
• Must be able to demonstrate high customer service skills
• Scheduling and security experience is an asset
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Flexible, daily pay options available

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED
