Your experience with AWS services will ensure optimal solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical expertise in Amazon Connect strategies
- Oversee implementations that meet business objectives
- Create and manage implementation plans across the lifecycle
- Lead technical documentation and training for clients
- Advise clients on best practices in contact center operations
- 3+ years of consulting or related experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and contact center tech
- Capacity to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is beneficial
- Experience in leading cross-functional team discussions
