As part of SymphonyAI's Professional Services team, you'll play a vital role in transforming client requirements into actionable software solutions. Your experience in Fraud, Compliance, and Risk Management will guide you through gathering insights, managing project goals, and delivering high-impact workshops tailored for client success. This position supports the movement against financial crime and enhances compliance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze client requirements for software solutions
• Conduct client workshops to define project objectives
• Prepare functional specifications and manage traceability
• Collaborate with product teams for enhancements
• Support UAT and testing activities for clients
Requirements:
• Experience in complex IT solution delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Proficient in writing business documents and reports
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
