Senior SOX Finance Lead Role

Advance your career as a Senior SOX Finance Lead, ensuring compliance through robust financial controls in a dynamic healthcare automation environment. Develop, maintain, and audit SOX frameworks while collaborating cross-functionally. In this pivotal role, the Senior SOX Finance Lead will design and implement internal controls that drive SOX compliance. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Internal Audit to create scalable, efficient, and sustainable processes. Leveraging your analytical mindset, you will optimize and simplify financial workflows while maintaining control effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SOX and internal control frameworks
- Collaborate with auditors to define testing and documentation standards
- Drive standardization of controls across business units
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and simplification
- Perform control testing and support audit readiness
- CPA or equivalent preferred
- 5–8+ years in finance, controllership, or audit
- Strong experience with SOX/ICFR frameworks
- Knowledge of financial processes and associated risks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
