Technical Sales Representative

Fort McMurray, Alberta

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• responsible for new business development as well as maintaining existing territory
• prospect for new customers, set appointments and demonstrate product benefits
• work with management to develop sales strategies and new business prospects
• respond to customer product inquiries
• engage in direct sales activities
• promote existing and new products
• anticipate client direction and objectives
• manage a sales territory
• maintain cooperative and productive team relationships
• attend training and sales meetings as required
• meet or exceed sales targets

The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Qualifications

• Be sales and service oriented
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Have good organizational skills
• Ability to prospect for new clients
• Maintain customer relations and build new relationships
• Analytical and problem solving capability
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to build relationships with inside sales force
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Self motivated and the ability to work independently
• Deliver on growth and profitability
• Meet or beat annual sales goals
• Preference will be given to individuals that show mechanical aptitude and have experience in industrial type sales
