Summary:
As a Recruiter at our Richmond Hill office, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the needs of our organisation. This permanent, full-time position is essential for driving our HR initiatives and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
