Recreation Facilities Operations Lead

The City of Welland is seeking a Supervisor of Facility Operations to oversee all matters related to facility maintenance and operations. The candidate will work under the Manager of Facility Operations and ensure compliance with city policies and regulations. This role involves supervising staff, responding to public inquiries, and coordinating logistics for facility operations. The ideal candidate has a college diploma in facilities management and extensive experience in facility operations, particularly in a leadership capacity.
