Pay Rate $27.66/h

Schedule: Mon- Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Processing 50- 100 transfers a day, handling and responding to escalations from sales and front-end staff, working individually most of the time, and occasionally with the team as well, back-office operations, reviewing and processing transfers.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 2 years of Banking/ Financial experience.

2.) Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Excel, Outlook, Word.
3.) Transfers/ Transactions experience.

SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Accuracy and Attention to detail
2.) Multitasking skills
3.) Communication skills- written and verbal
4.) Prioritization skills

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

1.) Prior experience in investment- GIC, stocks and mutual funds.
2.) CSC certification or IFIC.
