Lead Program Delivery For Manulife Vitality London

Drive program delivery excellence as the Governance Lead for Manulife's Vitality program. Facilitate governance and ensure timely execution of complex initiatives in a hybrid work setting. You will lead program-level management and governance for transformative projects under the Behavioural Insurance portfolio. This consists of overseeing team performance, managing dependencies, and establishing a culture of risk mitigation.
Your role will encompass key stakeholder communication to facilitate informed decision‑making and delivery optimization.
Key Responsibilities Manage program-level governance and delivery oversight
Create delivery governance structures for transparency
Oversee performance of external vendor commitments
Proactively manage program risks and dependencies
Generate structured reporting for stakeholders
Requirements 7+ years in program delivery or related roles
Expertise in Agile or hybrid delivery methods
Solid experience with technology and external partners
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in delivery tools like ServiceNow
