Executive Assistant

$27.00 / hour

This is a vacant position. Candidate must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to be considered.

You’ll also…

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Director and Park President.
• Coordinate and track action items, meeting notes, and follow-up activities on behalf of the Park President and senior leadership team to ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and corporate communications.
• Oversee front reception operations and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
• Assist with planning and coordination of leadership meetings, special events, corporate visits, travel arrangements and associate engagement activities.
• Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
• Return Lost & Found items to guests via courier on a timely basis
• Ensure all office equipment functions properly
• Monitor office supplies and prepare orders for other departments
• Assist in Finance area, A/R, A/P and G/L with various functions as needed
• Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:

• You!
• Candidates that are a minimum of 18 years of age
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in an office environment using MS Office
• Individuals that are very well organized, able to work independently and the ability to prioritize with a focus on attention to detail
• Candidates that can adapt to a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment
• Individuals that have a positive outlook and work well in a team environment
• Availability that includes working full time hours for the duration of the contract period
