At SVI, we are not just building concrete products, we are building a strong foundation for our community, our province, and our employees. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Helper to join our team. What you will do:Assist welders, and maintenance with daily tasks
Retrieve and organize tools and equipment
Assist with form fabrication and repair work
Assist with basic maintenance of equipment, buildings and repair projects
Perform general labor and other duties as assigned What you will bring:
Positive attitude and willing to help
Mechanically inclined or interested in learning maintenance and shop operations
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry materials and tools safely
Adaptable to changing priorities
Good English communication and teamwork skills
Previous shop, construction, farm, or maintenance experience is an asset Why work here:
