Senior Recovery & Restructuring Consultant Role

Shape the future of businesses in distress with MNP as a Senior Consultant in Recovery & Restructuring. Leverage your strategic thinking to guide clients through complex financial scenarios. As a member of MNP's innovative team, you will provide essential services related to corporate insolvency and restructuring. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing financial data, recommending effective strategies, and liaising with key stakeholders to foster supportive environments during challenging times. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate insolvency services and recommend stabilizing actions
- Conduct data analysis and develop performance improvement models
- Participate in restructuring formalities, including bankruptcies
- Cultivate relationships with insolvency professionals and executives
- Assist in the creation of statutory documents as needed
- Relevant Bachelor's degree required
- CPA designation preferred
- Commitment to achieving CIRP certification
- Experience in insolvency or professional services is an asset
- Familiarity with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
