We are looking for a motivated Driver / Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This is a part-time position with full-time hours expected throughout the summer, and the opportunity to extend or evolve into a permanent role in the fall.

This role is based out of our shop in Bradford, ON and is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of independent driving and hands-on shop work. You will be responsible for pickups and deliveries using company vehicles, as well as assisting in organizing, receiving, and managing shop inventory and shipments. Additional responsibilities in the warehouse or support to the production team may be added over time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform timely pickups and deliveries using box trucks or truck/trailer setups
• Receive, log, and organize inbound shipments and materials
• Assist with general shop organization, cleanliness, and layout
• Support warehouse tasks such as staging, packing, and moving materials
• Communicate with the production and logistics team to align on priorities
• Help support project readiness and event load-ins/load-outs as required

Qualifications:

• Valid G-class driver's license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Comfortable operating truck and trailer, as well as box trucks with liftgates
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with event production or warehouse logistics considered an asset

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
