Configure Jira and JQL workflows as a Senior Atlassian Administrator at Nasdaq in Toronto, with hybrid work requiring three in-office days weekly. Build integrations that connect essential technology platforms and improve service delivery.
Reporting to the Director of Software Development, this position administers and expands Nasdaq’s Atlassian ecosystem. You will work with Jira, Jira Service Management, CMDB, REST APIs, webhooks, and automation. The role also involves dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Jira, Jira Service Management, and CMDB
- Design automation rules and JQL-based workflows
- Build REST API and webhook integrations with third-party tools
- Gather requirements and troubleshoot issues with stakeholders
- Develop analytics dashboards and reporting capabilities
Requirements:
- Three to five years administering Atlassian tools
- Proficiency in JQL and Jira automation
- Experience integrating platforms using REST APIs and webhooks
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
