Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain travel products, including creating new itineraries and packaging, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences
• Perform e-Commerce sales and marketing duties to meet sales target
• Ensure the smooth of online booking functions and optimizing the user experience
• Manage the company's social media channels and blog; create compelling copywriting, visuals, and videos that engage our target audience to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our travel products and services.
• Handle the entire booking process from inquiry to confirmation, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers after their booking to provide additional support and gather feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 years experience in tourism or sales and marketing, Major in Tourism or Hospitality preferred
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Canva, Photoshop & AI preferred;
• Experience with EDM, SEO and social media marketing
• English and Chinese Language.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
