Director Of Performance Marketing

Lead Brex’s performance marketing strategy and paid media investments, using full-funnel planning and analytics to drive acquisition, revenue, and brand awareness.As Director of Performance Marketing, you will partner with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing to scale Brex’s established acquisition engine. You will own multimillion-dollar media investments, expand channel capabilities, and connect brand activity with pipeline and revenue. The role combines paid search, paid social, creative testing, measurement, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Own paid media strategy across Brand and GrowthManage and optimize multimillion-dollar media budgetsScale LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and connected television programsBuild Brex’s in-house digital media center of excellenceLead performance marketers and establish scalable execution practicesRequirements:
8+ years in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital mediaManaged $30M+ annual paid media spendExpertise in LTV, ROI, incremental revenue, and optimizationExperience across B2C or PLG and B2B businessesExperience with incrementality testing or media mix modelingShape Brex’s full-funnel media growth through paid acquisition, financial discipline, advanced measurement, and hands-on team leadership.
