Own department delivery through management.As Director of Performance Marketing, you manage the PPC and SEO strategists while setting channel strategy and budget direction. You establish quality standards, oversee reporting accuracy, and handle client escalations when accounts underperform. This is a management seat, not a campaign-building role.Key Responsibilities:

Experience managing specialists through reviews and performance decisionsSeven or more years across paid media and SEODepth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta, and Microsoft AdsAccount turnaround experience with measurable before-and-after resultsAgency experience managing many accounts concurrentlyBring cross-channel leadership, client ownership, and paid media and SEO expertise to Blacksmith Agency’s performance marketing department.
