Senior Specialist in Marketing Communications

Drive internal engagement strategies at Dentalcorp as a Senior Specialist in Internal Marketing and Communications. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to craft effective communication campaigns in a hybrid workplace. This role based in Toronto offers the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with functions including People and Operations. You will own the design and execution of communications strategies that enhance employee experience across the organization. Your expertise will not only elevate internal communication but also increase campaign performance and reach. Key Responsibilities:
- Create campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation
- Implement personalized targeting strategies for internal messaging
- Collaborate with internal clients for campaign objectives
- Use messaging frameworks to support effective communications
- Analyze campaign data to enhance engagement reach
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications required
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience in delivering marketing communications campaigns
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation practices
- Proficiency in French is beneficial
