Our VICTORIA Head Office is currently seeking an Inside Commercial Sales Person to support our commercial heating department. As a member of the commercial heating team, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process by preparing accurate and competitive quotes for commercial heating customers. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Wage range is $58,032.00 - $70,000 per annum. Wages may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team member within our commercial heating department
- Communicate pricing details effectively to clients
- Address client concerns or modifications to quotes promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of quote requests, revisions, and approvals
- Organize and archive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute formal quotations to clients in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Completion of grade 12
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and keyboarding skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform accurate cost calculations
