Rejoignez Intuit en tant qu'expert en fiscalité bilingue, offrant un service virtuel personnalisé aux clients. Aidez-les à naviguer dans leurs déclarations fiscales en utilisant TurboImpôt avec expertise. Ce rôle exige une solide expérience en préparation de déclarations fiscales, avec au moins deux ans dans le domaine. Vous utiliserez des outils de communication vidéo pour interagir avec les clients, en leur fournissant des conseils clairs et précis. Vous devrez également gérer des demandes complexes avec professionnalisme et confiance. Key Responsibilities:

Aider les clients à remplir leurs déclarations fiscales avec TurboImpôt
Fournir des conseils fiscaux et vérifier les déclarations des clients
Utiliser des ressources gouvernementales pour aider les clients
Documenter les interactions pour un suivi précis
Interagir professionnellement via des outils vidéo

Requirements:

Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en préparation fiscale
Expérience avec des logiciels fiscaux professionnels
Capacité à traiter des sujets fiscaux complexes en français et en anglais
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
Disponibilité pour un horaire flexible de 20 heures par semaine
