Intuit recherche un Fiscaliste Bilingue pour offrir des conseils fiscaux à nos clients via TurboImpôt. Ce poste virtuel demande expertise en fiscalité et communication vidéo efficace. En tant que Fiscaliste chez Intuit, vous fournirez des conseils en matière de déclaration de revenus tout en vérifiant les déclarations des clients. Vous utiliserez des logiciels avancés et des ressources professionnelles pour répondre aux préoccupations fiscales que nos clients pourraient avoir. Ce rôle exige une interaction régulière avec les clients, permettant d'accélérer notre mission de prospérité à travers le monde. Key Responsibilities:

Aidez les clients à remplir leurs déclarations fiscales
Vérifiez des déclarations de revenus pour les clients
Fournissez un service complet de préparation de déclarations
Répondez aux demandes de renseignements sur les produits
Documentez les interactions avec précision

Requirements:

Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en préparation de déclarations fiscales
Expérience dans l'utilisation de logiciels fiscaux professionnels
Compétences avérées en service à la clientèle en français et anglais
ID Rep de l'ARC requis après l'intégration
Disponibilité pour un horaire flexible de 20 heures/semaine
