In this role, You Will:

• Provide administrative support to the engineering team.
• Aid in developing new engineering administration processes as our site transitions to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Assign part numbers and enter related data into the ERP system.
• Revise Bill of Materials (BoMs) based on input from designers.
• Process drawings and Engineering Change Notes (ECNs).
• Prepare and maintain ISO and ERP related Engineering documents.

Who You Are:

• Educated with a Diploma in Business or Engineering Technology or CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience

• Detailed oriented with a quality mindset

• Process Driven with a solutions orientation which helps drive operational effectiveness

• A Multi-tasker who is a natural at prioritizing and organizing your work

• A Communicator and a Collaborator who thrives working cross functionally

• A Problem Solver who is not afraid to share ideas for continuous improvement
