Job Responsibility:
Dependable Truck & Tank Limited was founded in 1975 and is, as it was, a family owned and operated business. Our innovative design and engineering concepts allow us to manufacture highway tankers, trailers and emergency vehicles to our client's specifications. Along with our manufacturing capabilities, Dependable is a large supplier of petroleum equipment for both the carrier and contractor industries in both commercial and residential installs.
Truck Assembler
Responsibilities:
- To assemble fabricated assemblies to truck chassis and body
- To attach large and small parts to trucks, i.e. tanks, fenders, mouldings, lights, safety rails, custom boxes, bumpers, etc.
- Make and pull wires and harnesses through chassis and body
- Clean and maintain work space
Job requirements:
- Knowledge in small hand tools such as wrenches screwdrivers, hand drills and impact guns
- Previous mechanical assembly/installation experience is considered a strong asset
- Must have own toolset.
